1. Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

All Silver Mare products are bespoke.
Cancellations and refunds are not available once fabrication has started.
If a defect is identified, we will inspect and repair or replace as necessary.

2. Timber Movement, Shrinkage & Natural Characteristics of Treated Softwood

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that treated softwood is a natural product and, as such, is inherently subject to movement, expansion, contraction, shrinkage, warping, twisting, splitting, checking, and surface cracking following installation. These characteristics may occur as the timber acclimatises to environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, moisture levels, humidity, ventilation, and weather exposure.
Any such movement or dimensional change shall be deemed a natural and unavoidable characteristic of treated softwood and shall not constitute a fault, defect, failure, or breach of contract.
By selecting treated softwood materials, the Customer accepts full responsibility for the natural properties and behaviour of the product after installation. Silver Mare Stables shall not be liable for any claims, losses, remedial works, cosmetic changes, distortion, gaps, cracking, shrinkage, or movement arising from the natural behaviour of treated softwood after installation has been completed

3. Health & Safety Policy

Silver Mare complies fully with UK Health & Safety regulations.
All fabrication and installation work is completed using appropriate PPE and following site-specific risk assessments.

4. Environmental Policy

We aim to minimise waste, recycle materials wherever possible, and reduce emissions by scheduling deliveries efficiently and sourcing responsibly.
